In honour of Primož Trubar Day, dedicated to the renowned Slovenian Protestant reformer and author of the first book in Slovenian, you are invited to join the evening of fairy tales for adults. Tales and stories will be narrated by esteemed Slovenian librarians, who will take the audience into the world of melodious spoken words from the treasury of Slovenian and world narrative traditions. Banda haloška! (Haloze Gang!) will complement the event with their exciting and rich musical performance.

The Arsana Vocal School, in collaboration with Karol Pahor Ptuj Music and Ballet School, is organizing the traditional Summer Vocal School. Under the guidance of experienced mentors, young vocalists will prepare a full-length concert featuring solo and group performances of compositions from diverse musical genres, accompanied by piano.

Performing: Maja Keuc (vocal), Tilen Zakrajšek (drums, percussion, keyboards), Martin Vogrin (guitar, keyboards)
Maja Keuc is regarded as one of Slovenia’s most respected singers, having reached the pinnacle of the music scene. After years of living abroad, she once again felt the pull of her native roots. Her new album Sončnice (Sunflowers) reveals a playful lightness, positive energy, and deep reflection, all fruits of her rich life experiences. The influence of her time abroad and the Nordic spirit can undoubtedly be felt in her musical expression. On her summer tour, she will perform with Tilen Zakrajšek, an academic percussionist/drummer who brings freshness to the music world with his diverse instrumentation, and Martin Vogrin, a renowned composer, producer, and multi-instrumentalist.
