THE SUMMER MUSEUM NIGHT
On the 23rd Summer Museum Night, the Ptuj – Ormož Regional Museum will come alive with a range of free events and activities at Ptuj Castle. Guests can explore museum collections from 6:00 PM to 12:00 AM. There will also be a family workshop from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, followed by wine tastings at 9:00 PM, 10:00 PM, and 11:00 PM. The evening will culminate in a jazz concert titled “Once, Tonight – The Tales of Slavic Folk Songs,” performed by Mara Muhič and her accompanying band at 10:30 PM.

The Arsana Vocal School, in collaboration with the Karol Pahor Ptuj Music and Ballet School, is organizing its traditional Summer Vocal School. Under the guidance of experienced mentors, young vocalists will prepare for a full-length concert that will showcase both solo and group performances of compositions from various musical genres, accompanied by piano.

OPEN KITCHEN STREET FOOD MARKET
On a summer Saturday, the town square will be filled with enticing aromas from a variety of Slovenian and international cuisines. The renowned open kitchen food market is a perfect place to socialize, stroll among the stalls, and indulge in specialty dishes and flavors. Fine wines, craft beers, and other delightful beverages will complement the exceptional cuisine and international culinary creations on offer.

HIP HOP DANCE WORKSHOP
Alja Horvat and Ana Angel have been connected for years by a love of dance and music, which has developed into friendship. Together, they have achieved excellent results in various dance disciplines in the past. As proud members of the national team, they have successfully represented Slovenia at European and world championships on several occasions. Alja dances at the Mambo Ptuj Dance Center, while Ana dances at the Pingi International Dance Club in Maribor. The mentors will conduct a hip-hop dance workshop for children, full of rhythm and fun. Through play and movement, children will develop their physical expression and sense of music. The workshop will encourage creativity, joy of dance, and cooperation among peers.
