INARA DUO

Inara Duo consists of pianists Ina Krajnc and Klara Lužnik. They have been performing together as a duo since 2021, establishing themselves with energetic and refined interpretations of repertoire for two pianos and four hands. They first met in 2016 at the Conservatory of Music and Ballet Maribor and continued their studies at the University of Music and Performing Arts in Graz, where they graduated in 2024. They are currently pursuing a master’s degree in piano duo at the same institution under the mentorship of the Silver-Garburg Duo.

Among their most notable achievements are an absolute first prize and a special prize at theTEMSIG competition, first prize at the international competition in Rome, and victory at the Martha Debelli scholarship competition. They were also accepted to the Piano-Piano Academy in Paris, performed a recital in Verona, and won a shared first prize (ex aequo) at the Giangrandi-Eggman competition. As finalists of the Ilmari Hannikainen competition, they received third prize. In the past year, they have given independent recitals both at home and abroad, and at the end of April 2026 they are scheduled for an independent tour in Sicily.

Kreera is a Ljubljana-based indie/alternative rock band active since 2022. Gregor Ravnik is establishing himself as one of Slovenia’s most versatile and promising solo singers, skillfully blending pop and opera music. Esteemed Slovenian pianist, pedagogue, and musicologist Lovorka Nemeš Dular, celebrated for her breathtaking solo and chamber performances across Europe, brings her distinguished training from Ljubljana, Cologne, and Bergamo to the spotlight. Joining her is the phenomenal Jasmina Trajcheska, an award-winning pianist from North Macedonia whose captivating performances as a soloist and chamber musician have dazzled audiences internationally.

Together, they present a spectacular project honoring the legendary Slovenian composer Janez Matičič, whose rich and extensive catalog of piano works proudly stands alongside those of the world’s greatest classical composers. The evening’s beautifully curated program will showcase Matičič’s brilliance, perfectly complemented by works from Maurice Ravel, Biljana Bojović, and Aleksandra Naumovski Potisk.

The band Resonare, from Ptuj and Gornja Radgona, came together in November 2024 under the mentorship of the Inštrumentalko music school and made their first appearance at Rock December vol. 2. Resonare captivates audiences with energetic performances, original music creation, and an authentic connection with the crowd. Stone Head is a dynamic Rock ’n’ Blues band from the Ljubljana area that takes listeners on a journey through nostalgic sounds, infectious riffs, and emotional vocals. They have performed on numerous Slovenian stages, including Kino Šiška, Kongresni trg, Orto Bar, and others.

CONCERT OF THE SYMPHONY ORCHESTRA AND THE DOLCEZZA GIRLS’ CHOIR OF THE ST. PETER AND PAUL MUSIC SCHOOL, PTUJ

The Symphony Orchestra of the ZGŠ, based at the monastery of St. Peter and Paul, opens the doors to the world of high art for the music school’s students. Within this large ensemble, young musicians encounter works by masters of classical music and develop their artistic expression through making music together. The orchestra brings together both current and former students of the music school, giving it a special freshness and youthful energy. An important contribution is also made by the teachers, who, with their artistic experience and dedication, support the young musicians on their path toward musical excellence. This time, they will present a classically designed program for soloists and orchestra. The orchestra is conducted by Prof. Matjaž Antončič.

The Dolcezza Girls’ Choir has been active since 2013, when young singers began their shared musical journey under the auspices of the music school at the monastery of St. Peter and Paul in Ptuj. From the very beginning, they have been led and artistically guided with great dedication by Prof. Peter Gojkošek. The choir regularly performs at music school events and also appears more widely in the local community. It has frequently participated in international gatherings of young singers organized by the Willems International Choir in Italy, France, and Spain. At the same time, it fosters collaborations with choirs from the surrounding area and performs accompanied by symphony or string orchestras.

INARA DUO

Inara Duo consists of pianists Ina Krajnc and Klara Lužnik. They have been performing together as a duo since 2021, establishing themselves with energetic and refined interpretations of repertoire for two pianos and four hands. They first met in 2016 at the Conservatory of Music and Ballet Maribor and continued their studies at the University of Music and Performing Arts in Graz, where they graduated in 2024. They are currently pursuing a master’s degree in piano duo at the same institution under the mentorship of the Silver-Garburg Duo.

Among their most notable achievements are an absolute first prize and a special prize at theTEMSIG competition, first prize at the international competition in Rome, and victory at the Martha Debelli scholarship competition. They were also accepted to the Piano-Piano Academy in Paris, performed a recital in Verona, and won a shared first prize (ex aequo) at the Giangrandi-Eggman competition. As finalists of the Ilmari Hannikainen competition, they received third prize. In the past year, they have given independent recitals both at home and abroad, and at the end of April 2026 they are scheduled for an independent tour in Sicily.

This year’s edition will feature two distinctive musical projects. Koala Voice, one of Slovenia’s most recognizable indie bands, has quickly won over audiences at home and abroad with their relaxed yet highly energetic stage presence. Their sound blends infectious indie rock, punk-pop, and disco, marked by melodic hooks, sharp guitar riffs, and the band members’ strong charisma. The group has performed at numerous prestigious European festivals, including Liverpool Sound City, Tallinn Music Week, BUSH Budapest, Pohoda, Monkey Week, Exit, and INmusic, and even served as the opening act for the legendary Pixies in Ljubljana’s Križanke. Koala Voice remain synonymous with direct energy, musicality, and a distinctive original imprint on the contemporary Slovenian music scene.

Joining them is Okú, a band that established itself on the Slovenian music scene over a decade ago. With the new name, the story of the band Infected has come full circle. Okú retains just the right touch of its old “infectiousness,” while at the same time effortlessly moving into something new.

Founded in 2007 at the Parish of St. George in Ptuj, Infinitus is a group born from a shared passion for harmony and a deep love for music. What began as a small circle of young singers supported by their families has blossomed into a polished ensemble that has moved from the intimate setting of Sunday Mass to the bright lights of the concert stage. Their performances are a celebration of musical beauty and diversity, masterfully blending a spiritual foundation with the fresh, vibrant energy of contemporary youth music.

CONCERT OF THE SYMPHONY ORCHESTRA AND THE DOLCEZZA GIRLS’ CHOIR OF THE ST. PETER AND PAUL MUSIC SCHOOL, PTUJ

The Symphony Orchestra of the ZGŠ, based at the monastery of St. Peter and Paul, opens the doors to the world of high art for the music school’s students. Within this large ensemble, young musicians encounter works by masters of classical music and develop their artistic expression through making music together. The orchestra brings together both current and former students of the music school, giving it a special freshness and youthful energy. An important contribution is also made by the teachers, who, with their artistic experience and dedication, support the young musicians on their path toward musical excellence. This time, they will present a classically designed program for soloists and orchestra. The orchestra is conducted by Prof. Matjaž Antončič.

The Dolcezza Girls’ Choir has been active since 2013, when young singers began their shared musical journey under the auspices of the music school at the monastery of St. Peter and Paul in Ptuj. From the very beginning, they have been led and artistically guided with great dedication by Prof. Peter Gojkošek. The choir regularly performs at music school events and also appears more widely in the local community. It has frequently participated in international gatherings of young singers organized by the Willems International Choir in Italy, France, and Spain. At the same time, it fosters collaborations with choirs from the surrounding area and performs accompanied by symphony or string orchestras.
