GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Visitors attending Festival Arsana events are required to switch off their mobile phones, smartwatches, and any other devices that may emit sound signals and disturb the performance before entering the venue.
- Any audio and/or video recording, photography, or other reproduction of Festival Arsana events is strictly prohibited. Festival Arsana reserves the right to remove from the venue any visitor who violates this provision. In such cases, the visitor shall not be entitled to any refund or compensation for the purchased ticket and shall be liable to Festival Arsana for any damage resulting from such conduct.
- Festival Arsana reserves the right to make changes to the programme, performers, venue, or event starting time in circumstances including, but not limited to, performer illness, adverse weather conditions preventing the event from taking place, force majeure, or any conduct by visitors that is contrary to these General Terms and Conditions.
- By attending the event, visitors acknowledge and agree that they may appear in photographs, video recordings, or live audio and video broadcasts made at or from the event. Visitors shall not be entitled to any compensation or other remuneration in this respect and expressly waive any claims arising from such use.
- The following items are not permitted inside the venue: umbrellas, bottles, glasses, sticks, weapons, and any other dangerous objects.
- Animals are not permitted at the venue.
- Festival Arsana reserves the right to relocate an event to an alternative venue and/or reschedule it to an alternative date or time.
- If an event is relocated and/or rescheduled, the alternative venue and/or date shall be announced no later than the day of the event on the official Facebook page: Festival Arsana – Official Site.
- If an event is relocated to an alternative venue and/or rescheduled to an alternative date or time, the visitor or ticket purchaser shall not be entitled to a ticket price reduction, refund, compensation, or exchange of the ticket for another Festival Arsana event.
